Are you a bottled water victim?

If you consumed bottled water for many years, and then suffered a heart attack, atherosclerosis, hypertension, or stroke, you may be a victim of the bottled water industry. Almost all of the bottled water companies in the U.S. require that their waters have Alkalinity <300 mg/L, Hardness of <300 mg/L, pH of 6-8, and TDS <350 ppm. This is a prescription for heart attack, atherosclerosis, hypertension, and stroke. For more medical journal articles about drinking water, go to www.mgwater.com.

If you want to force the bottled water industry to clean up its act and stop killing consumers, and want a possibility of collecting big money for the injuries you have received from the bottled water industry, please fill out the form below and click on "SEND".

To improve the healthfulness of drinking water, I have sued in the US Ninth District Court which ruled that the deaths from Mg-deficient water "may exceed the Holocaust", but also ruled that the catastrophe should be addressed by the political process, not by the courts. I appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and finally took it to the US Supreme Court. See: http://www.mgwater.com/legal.shtml

All these courts side-stepped the issue. Several lawyers have advised me that the courts prefer to address relatively simple matters, such as harm or wrong done to an individual or group, as such matters don't require much thinking, work, or courage to decide. So, I need victims of the bottled water industry to step forward and join a free Class Action lawsuit to get compensation for themselves, and help prevent future victims. Please fill in the form below, and "SEND" it to me. There will never be any cost to you, and you may reap very substantial compensation for your loss of health or the death of your loved one. Your information will be held strictly confidential.
